Andrew Gieselmann is an experienced, professional business consultant, sales trainer and personal performance coach for the Edmundson Northstar Companies. The firm is a recognized expert in training executive leadership, sales and sales management in addition to working with companies to more accurately understand and select the best talent for its organization through the use of customized employee assessments.
Prior to joining Edmundson Northstar Companies, Andrew Gieselmann owned and operated Signature Consulting, LLC, a professional recruiting and employment placement firm. From 2002 to 2006, Andrew, as principal/owner, held key positions as Operations Manager, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Director of Business Development. Andrew was instrumental as a leader. He led the hiring, training, coaching and advancement of his sales professionals. Also, he is credited for the successful development and structuring of Signature Consulting’s unique business model that continues to be used today.
Before Signature Consulting, Andrew spent three years at Robert Half International as Recruiting Manager in sales and business development. It was during this time that Andrew realized his passion to become an entrepreneur, as his talent for leadership and motivational skills set him apart from his colleagues. Throughout the 1990’s, Andrew was involved in sales and business development in a number of industries to include professional recruiting, technology, service, manufacturing and financial investment.
Andrew currently serves as an Ambassador of the Crescent Club and is chairman of the Young Executives Society. He is native to the city of Memphis, TN and is married with one daughter. Andrew and his wife, Kelly, are supporters of the Campus Crusade for Christ and other various charitable organizations.
