Dan Weddle is a Consultant/Trainer of the Edmundson Northstar
Training Institute, Northstar Employee Assessment Institute and Northstar
Knowledge Institute. The firm is a recognized expert in training, sales
and sales management, and customized employee assessments for companies
across a multitude of industries.
From 1999 through early 2004 Dan served in roles as
General Manager, Vice President, Director of Business Development and
National Accounts Manager in the Information Technology product and
consulting world. He led sales, marketing, consulting delivery operations,
client relationship management and project management achieving successful
revenue growth and superior client relations.
Prior to his work in Information Technology
consulting, he was Vice President of Sales and Client Relations for
Logistics Management Incorporated from 1993 to 1999. A pioneer in the
Off-Site Information Technology services industry, Logistics Management
Incorporated partnered with many of the top manufactures in the IT
industry. Providing these manufactures with outsourced computer services
such as repair, returns processing, remarketing and asset management
programs. He was instrumental in leading the transition of the company’s
core business to an Internet model including B2B, B2C and eCommerce sales.
Dan’s success with sales and leading companies to
profitable revenue growth can be directly attributed to his belief in the
core issues necessary to achieve long-term business success. These issues
are identifying, hiring and keeping the right people and increasing
revenue by creating a highly effective, sales-oriented culture which
demands results.
Dan has assisted many charitable and community
organizations and is an active leader in many community outreach and
enrichment organizations. Among the programs in which Dan has been
involved are the Black Data Processors Association, Muscular Dystrophy
Association and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Dan and his wife, Michelle, have been married for 13 years and are the parents of four boys. They work together in teaching and mentoring young children.
