Edmundson Northstar Companies Builds Upon the Success It's Had in Growing Large Organizations by Using Its Proven Systems to teach others.

MEMPHIS, Tennessee - The Edmundson Northstar Companies was formed as a result of Ken Edmundson's experience as a CEO, Chairman and Partner of the respected Sparks-Edmundson Business Investment Group, LLC and LEDIC Management Group, Inc. As Edmundson stated, "We recognized an incredible need in the marketplace to fill the black hole many small and middle market companies were having in training their people and the frustration with identifying and hiring the best people. Through experience and success in our own companies in doing this, we found great receptiveness from other companies to help them solve their growth, and employee hiring, retention and evaluation nightmares.

The Edmundson Northstar Companies bring together the broad experience that Ken Edmundson and his team have gained through growing a small multi-family management company in the 80's to the twelfth largest fee management company in the country, as well as their experience in leading their own investment group, Sparks-Edmundson Business Investment Group, LLC, whose focus was to acquire small to medium-size service sector companies. With Edmundson Northstar they are now working with other companies to reproduce this success.
